Why does it feel like celebrating alphabet pride is a perpetual thing? A mandatory thing, even. It's a joke that never ends.
I remember it being a day growing up. It was a novelty that you could share interest in or ignore as it suited you. That was fine.
Then it became a weekend. Then a week. Then a month. Why not a season though? Hell, we've already gone this far, so why not all day, every day, plastered across each and every institution in the land? The function of those institution has nothing to do with pride, and they have no place celebrating the pride of any individual identities, since they should be serving the whole of society rather than special interest groups, you say? No matter, let's do it anyway!
My tolerance and support ended when I wasn't able to easily ignore what people chose to do in their own bedrooms. They just won't stop telling me. They won't stop telling anyone in earshot. They never stop screaming it out to the world at large.
Because it is not good so there is no natural joy. Whole families that love and support one another are based on monogamous, heterosexual relationships. They lead to their own joy and belonging. The happiest people in the world are in monogamous, heterosexual relationships. You don't have to convince them that what they are doing is a good thing.
It is just like strong, independent women. Nobody naturally buys into that. You have to have constant propaganda shoved in people's face to make them think that it's even approaching normal.

Normal doesn't need propaganda.
Because it is. It's a form of Nationalism and Seperatism for the Queer Ideological Coalition (AKA Sex Communists).
This isn't the normal form of Nationalism, but it is a form of Nationalism designed to subvert and balkanize the western republics.
