How does that number come together? Not doubting that it will need a lot, as it probably had a very high budget, and had to do several rounds of marketing because of the constant delays, but 900m sounds awfully high.
Dug the 2nd season, lot to unpack in that season. Can see why the corporate press lost their shit over it, little too close to home is my bet. How was the 3rd season? Never got around to seeing it, had 2 jobs at the time and it kinda fell off my radar.
Haven’t seen it either but I’ve heard very mixed things, a lot of people hate it but consensus seems to be that it’s a little better than 2 but still no where near as good as one. I don’t really have much interest in seeing it myself, it doesn’t have any kind of hook like Mathew McConaughey or Woody Harrelson or Alexandra Dodorio’s tits.
I really don't think directors have as much to do with the final product as we are led to believe. Star Wars was saved in editing. Cinematographers are responsible for the visual aesthetic. The writers obviously control what you're hearing in terms of dialogue and story. The director is usually a glorified manager. His or her artistic input is frequently limited to delegating work, making some requests, and handling the actors. In the cases of Matthew McConaughey and Woodie harrelson, exactly how much direction do you think these guys needed?
Point being: true detective season 1 was generational television for a lot of reasons. This cuck director might not be a particularly big one.
This was known a year ago. Haven't seen a movie in the theater since the conclusion of the MCU Thanos arc ... and don't really feel like supporting jewish subversion and brainwashing ever again.
This is such idiotic marketing. Reminds me when the lady who got the Doctor Who role attacked it for having white men and being a lesson in the “male gaze”
I guess my question is why did the director and writer decided to make their bond a rapist. And why should I watch a movie that glorifies a rapist? Riddle me that, karen
They first tried this with Halle Berry's character in "Die Another Day", but it seems like this the the final stroke for the franchise. Why do these companies let faggots who hate these franchises work on them?
Another male franchise ruined by a woman. Shocking.
Yet he won’t make an original move about a female spy. Gotta take down a white male. How original
The Long Kiss Goodnight was a good movie, too.
They need to make 900 million dollars for this movie BEFORE they make a profit. Yeah, good luck with that

Here’s a separate breakdown of the how-

Sucks this guy turn out to be such a fag. True Detective s1 is still one of the best things I’ve ever watched.

No way is it better than the 2nd. It's dull, woke, full of red herrings that go nowhere, and the main character is a charisma vacuum. Also no tits.

"The name's Bond ... Bail Bond."
