It is pretty crazy, isn't it? Like, they're not even a world power at all anymore, or if they are it's only because the US is allied with them. Without us they're nothing.
It's just silly at this point. If people can't even be bothered to read and learn about the actual history of slavery, then they shouldn't pretend that it's important to them. It's nothing more than a sad attempt to placate insecurity and collect virtue points.
