Biden's Meeting with Gold Star Family Blows Up in His Face as Family Members Walk Out on Him (archive.ph)

Isn't it staggering that if this had happened when Trump was in office it would have been on every single headline in the country -- as well as a major focus of the 24 hour news cycle on every channel?
Even this far in, and these fanatic douche bags are still running cover for Biden.
It's pure zealotry at this point. I can't think of any other way to describe the way the media continues to obfuscate and cover for this clown.

The crazy part is I'm sure that the family was hoping to send a powerful message, and the the media decided that the people didn't need to hear it. Yet, this same media wants to pretend they support the troops and the people? Get the hell outta here.

The media states that the media is a virtuous, vital part of a functioning democracy.

The last four years of media-driven TDS has, I think, shown what they truly are, but I expect they'll demand a substantial quid pro quo for keeping as much heat as they can off Biden. Look for Silicon Valley to go nuts over the next couple of years, I guess, or state handouts to media in the Canada vein.

I've said it before: they are, at best: shitty, for-profit, privately funded intelligence agencies.

They are not even close to that right now.

They are unprofitable, semi-public, propaganda firms that a swath of America doesn't even believe.

They are a part of "Democracy" though. The mass media is necessary to create a People's State where the state is the people and the people are the state. Which is why the final form of a Democracy is a Totalitarian Dictatorship.

They are the enemy of the Republic though.

Even their weather reports are just more propaganda segments. Who still watches to this crap, boomers?

Pretty much. Watching daytime TV is like an alternate plane of existence.

Definitely. As a whole, the egos on the people in media are just staggering. They truly believe themselves to be the gatekeepers of the truth -- even when they know they're lying.

It's pretty crazy that these people can so openly push certain agendas or beliefs and still think that they can maintain their credibility. Especially in this day and age, where the media can be fact-checked in real time.
That idea gnaws at them and they hate it, so they immediately label any who question them as some -ist or -phobe; however, the signs were there the moment they removed comment sections from all of their websites that their primary concern was controlling the narrative -- not speaking the truth.
This is one of the primary reasons that the media has switched it's stance in the last few years on free speech.
They now advocate for speech restrictions and hide behind sophistry such as "we need to stop the spread of misinformation!" What they really mean to say is that they want to stop people questioning them, because more often than not, those people preaching "misinformation" tend to be correct in the end.
It's also why they're ardent supporters of Big Tech censorship as well. It all serves to empower themselves so that they can have control over information.
&nsbp;
Big tech will be a huge obstacle in the future. I'm normally not one for Government intervention, but it's become blindingly apparent that Big Tech has too much power and influence in our current country and society. They need to be regulated in a similar manner to how oil/railroad monopolies were during the industrial revolution.

I think the media ran a week's worth of coverage when Trump called the mother of a Special Forces operator that was killed early in his presidency, and she felt like he didn't sound right, or that he was not apologetic enough.

They ran with a lot of stories like that.
Such as when they made the claim that he said all the fallen soldiers were "losers." Even with people present during the alleged time it happened openly refuting that it ever took place, they still ran with the story -- much like they did with many stories.
I made a list a few days ago of the lies they've promulgated. It's pretty crazy when all things are considered. What bothers me even more is that so many of them get completely memory-holed and people continue to see them as a viable source of information.
Then they wonder why public trust in the media continues to plummet.

This is the major utility of the constant news cycle. It exists to perpetuate a general sentiment to anyone plugged in. They can't remember any details, but they remember the emotions.

And in fairness, we do it too. I might not be able to recount all 155 consecutive days of non-stop race rioting, but I know how angry it made me.

The media is controlled by the CIA.

Biden is the perfect puppet for the deep state.

Hence the media will never turn on Biden until they're ready to replace him.

He'll be out on his ass at the two year mark. Harris will become Pres and then select Clinton as VP.

He’s the Elite’s little puppet who they parade around for optics. He’s their slave. One can only imagine the dirt they have on him and his family

It's actually easy to imagine when you take even a cursory glance at all the shit out there on Hunter. It's easily enough to bring down Joe and the rest of his family in a very quick, very public, and very shameful fashion.

The dirt they have is surely massive when you consider how much has leaked out to the public already. The things that we don't know are probably exponentially worse.
I don't think there's any question that Biden is -- and always was -- a trojan to get Kamala into office.
I still believe he won't make it a full term at all.
