It is not a good solution to lie and say that CRT is really racist against all groups (which is about as stupid as saying mein kampf is racist against all groups), it's rather that it's simply not white supremacist to call something anti-white if it is indeed obviously anti-white. Linking telling the truth with white supremacy is really, really, REALLY stupid.
I just want to be normal. For example, travel to South Korea or Japan. The Koreans and Japanese are friendly, generous, and don't hate themselves. They would be willing to say something is anti-Korean or anti-Japanese, and have some relationship and affinity to their ancestry. Doesn't make them genocidal.

Can you define what you mean by "white supremacist"? Because if you're meaning it in terms of people who want to genocide other races as part of some expansionist policy to increase the number of white people in the world, I'm pretty sure the number of people who believe that is small enough to be a rounding error.
Supremacist might not be the right word. Maybe essentialist? Those that think race matters more than, say justice. Or think that living around whites is good in and of itself just because they are white (plenty of non-whites I'd choose to live around rather than low IQ whites). Or explicit white nationalists (wanting a country literally defined by race, rather than just naturally having a majority ethnicity via normal, healthy ethnic identity). Or those that want to force white into one group identity (I'd probably rather live around Japanese than Italians, but I'd very much like to live in non-cucked Germany or England). Or those that think causing racial strife is a good idea to advance some 'white cause'.
A country that "naturally" maintains a majority ethnicity is probably going to look a lot like an ethnostate though. And the people who want to "naturally" maintain a majority ethnicity are going to think and sound a lot like ethno-nationalists.
When Jared Taylor was interviewed for Japanese television, at the end the Japanese interviewers didn't really understand why what he was saying was so controversial and seemed genuinely surprised that other white people where the most critical and hostile towards him.
I've seen it before, and that interview was one of the most red pilling moments of my life in regards to western cultural brainwashing on ethnicity. I'm not against de facto ethnonationalism in a way similar to how japan does it. I think such a society can exist, maintain itself, and still be relatively fair to the minority population. And perhaps that solution can kind of come about by relocation in the U.S. if you have the fortune to not be working in a city (new hampshire or montana are pretty homogenous).

You say this as if these are two different things or in any way abnormal. The entire world operates on this premise except for white western countries that are in the process of being destroyed.
I think the difference is a significant one. I can go to S. Korea (personal experience here) and be successful as a white person because there's no de jure reason why I can't. But the society is so clearly korean, and doesn't bend in that regard. There's no need for de jure discrimination or even worse removal of minority populations when the main population is happy and healthy. I guess that's the distinction I'm getting at there.
South Korea and Japan can get away with de facto policies because there hasn't been the push for mass immigration like there has been in the West.
If enough Western expats start to see places like Japan and Korea as legitimate destinations to escape Woke-ism, I would expect to see those de facto policies become de jure quite rapidly. And they would be right to do it, if doing so preserves Japan and Korea for the Japanese and Koreans.
Sure, but to have that dynamic exist requires maintaining that main population, which to be blunt requires racial policies either explicitly or through some sort of unspoken understanding of "we're not gonna let ourselves get overrun by foreigners". Many western countries have abandoned that protection of their populations and are now in the process of being destroyed because instead of that healthy majority you instead have a bunch of disparate populations within a geographic region all competing against each other, and as that super majority of the host population erodes we will continue to see said competition devolve into simple violence.
Maintain the majority European populations if you want to retain European countries, otherwise the geographic landmass will simply get ripped apart from infighting. You don't have the luxury of not being a racist if you want to preserve the society you enjoy.

Thing is, I don't think she's exactly wrong in her assessment, but not for the reasons she thinks. The ideology absolutely needs a boogeyman to pathologize, and it's easiest to do that with an acceptable target rather than ones society has been conditioned to recoil against when pathologized (e.g., Jews).
Even if it wasn't anti-white, it's very clearly being used by other racial supremacist groups to undermine society. It's rather asinine to pretend otherwise simply because it's a tool used to that end.
Accurately saying CRT is anti-white isn't going to just magically conjure up more white supremacists. CRT being anti-white will do that regardless of whether you let people call a spade a spade out loud or force them to whisper it in secret, because it speaks for itself very clearly.
