Look at the intersectionality/CRT push. The goal was to stop assimilation, and create fear, rage, and hate towards the white man. They even tried to create a culture of marginalized Asians. This was supposed to create a united front, voting against the "evil" white Republicans. It worked until the stats and videos showed that the problem wasn't Asian hate crimes. It was simply increased black crime. So, back to doing it the easy way. (Importing voters, then no ID required.)
The decline of blacks started with the civil rights movement, after which single mothers became standard, abortion normalized, and crime skyrocketed. Prior to that, blacks were on track to be at economic parity with whites around the 90s.
The foundations of their destruction comes from the progressives of early 20th century. They declared their intention of removing blacks with a combination of minimum wage, welfare, and abortion.
It is much better to enact a minimum-wage law even if it deprives these unfortunates of work... Better that the state should support the inefficient wholly and prevent the multiplication of the breed than subsidize incompetence and unthrift, enabling them to bring forth more of their kind.
