Would Chris Rock let a White comedian make fun of Blacks the way he makes fun of Whites? If not then he doesn't understand how he himself has contributed to this culture.
Considering he regretted the whole "I love black people" routine because white people had the gall to actually LIKE IT and enjoy the black community get some very well-deserved criticism that they were never allowed to say...he would most definitely NOT let a white comedian get away with it.

Without defending Chris Rock or attacking him (I don't really know him), I think there is almost no one who does not have double standards.
Everyone is trained to believe that making fun of blacks is bad, while making fun of whites is fine.
It takes deprogramming to overcome that.
