Not to mention, rarely do fit women get to be that size while pregnant. Everyone is different, but we've seen fit women cause outrage during pregnancy for how tiny their belly stays. Usually its very notable the entire organ and doesn't have that massive hangover flap.

People are so used to pregnant women being spoiled and overweight to begin with they forget that it isn't a requirement for them to be broken bloated blimps.

When I was younger I played hockey and tried to keep my wind up by doing aerobics in the offseason. My instructor got pregnant and kept teaching the class up until the day she gave birth. Belly was smaller than mine the whole time.

Its amazing the misconceptions people just accept as reality on even their own bodies. All to serve their own laziness and desire to be pampered.

Haha woman I worked with cleaned pools 9 months pregnant through both of her pregnancies. Customers kept calling the office and awkwardly asking if she was okay. Women can stay active through pregnancy as long as they dont over do it. They definitely shouldn't start exercising for the first time while carrying a child. That being said, this nike commercial is fucking disturbing lol it's like watching a pregnant woman at a concert with a beer and a cigarette in her hand.

Core exercises are dangerous for the baby starting around the end of the first. Some women keep doing them out of ignorance or vanity but they should not.

And if you do not, then you'll still have some baby damage which will take significant time and effort to tighten up regardless of shape before pregnancy.

Well obviously excercises focused on the area the baby is shouldn't be done. I can't do 10 successful workouts of deadlifts in a row without something going wrong.

But there is a wide gap between "avoid specific dangerous workouts" and "cease to remain fit and active, become blimp for rest of life."

No doubt. I don't think I advocated the latter.

But your statement that fit women don't have some loosening of skin and muscle after babies is not generally accurate
