Haha woman I worked with cleaned pools 9 months pregnant through both of her pregnancies. Customers kept calling the office and awkwardly asking if she was okay. Women can stay active through pregnancy as long as they dont over do it. They definitely shouldn't start exercising for the first time while carrying a child.
