Not really. Everyone has or doesn't have a Y chromosome. XXY, male. XXYY male, XXX female, XXXX female, XXXXY male. XXYY male. Easy peasy.
Except when the Y is defective, as some are. Rare, but not unheard of.
And some X's have a Y translocation, a "hybrid" chromosome, as it were. It can get weird.
Eh, it's a medical form, chromosomal conditions are definitely a relevant piece of information. XXY may mean they react very differently to some specific treatments than XY.
