What's your excuse for hating ACB over Gorsuch/Kavanaugh?
I am confused by this thread wherein AOV tries to trap TI1 into admitting he hates women despite the fact that this is something TI1 loudly proclaims on the daily...
Agreed. He can hate women in general AND have a different reason to hate this woman specifically.
And hey, this reason can be just as loony and illogical as all his other ones.
That makes no sense, and calling it your 'personal opinion' doesn't make it make any more.
On what basis was her vote decisive and not that of Kavanaugh - or any of the other 6 justices?
This case lost 6-3.
Care to explain what makes ACB and not Kavanaugh or Roberts "the deciding vote"?
In his defense (on one aspect), Roberts is basically a lefty at this point. Kav is the new Roberts.
I'd say Gorsuch is the worst of the four, followed by Roberts, then Kavanaugh. I do not know enough about ACB, but can't be worse than the first two.
How would that make him any less of a decisive vote?
And I note that I mentioned both Roberts and Kav, but you only addressed Roberts.
