That's also where I saw it, and since I add all my stuff to a watch-later list, even if I clicked the button, it would just auto-skip to the next video and count it as 'watched,' despite never showing me a single second of the video in question. I'd call it purposefully done if I wasn't so unsure about the competence of the people redesigning their website every month.
