I'm surrounded by liberals who might say PC culture is bad
This is my life, I keep hearing from liberal friends that they do not like some parts of PC culture but also Trump is Hitler and Biden and the Democrats have brought normality and stability. They are also mostly white and straight and go out of their way to invite black people to random gatherings so they do not appear racists while talking to them like toddlers, they make it so cringe and awkward.
One of them, who strangely I'm still great friends with (we used to play wow and lol together) is all for female power and feminism while his mom and wife cook, clean and pamper him every day.
Definitely. My mom and I have grown much closer over the past year. She's a Christian who takes her religion seriously and I'm an atheist, and when I was in my 20's we never really talked about politics. I was never one of those crazy atheists who harassed religious people, but I was always trying to avoid serious discussions with her because inevitably she would steer it towards religion and I just wasn't interested.
That continued until last year. We were the phone catching up and I started talking about how bullshit all the BLM stuff is, and how insane Democrats have become, etc. I just kind of went on a mini rant and she was all about it lmao. Ever since then we talk about once a month for an hour or two, basically commiserating with each other about all the woke bullshit.
While I agree it helps me to talk about the ridiculousness of it all, I actually like it even better when I get to not talk about it at all.
I had a meeting last week with some people I'm about to do business with (that's as specific as I'm getting, it's all totally legal). Not once was there a mask, we shook hands, stood with several people in a confined room. Despite some casual conversation taking place I wasn't asked about Covid, Trump, Biden, riots, protests, any of it at any point. It was the most normal interaction I've had with any group of people since March of 2020. I'm thrilled at the prospect that I'm going to be spending quite a few hours with these people the rest of the year from that aspect alone. Time away from the insane clown posse is so hard to come by lately.
When I talk to sane people about how insane clown world bullshit is, I feel sane. It's a nice break from clown world and its quest to make me feel like the outsider.
Quest implies it's a personal thing, a straightforward task with a clear goal. What we're up against feels more like a campaign; a concerted effort waged by multiple forces in a war to break you by any means.
It sounds crazy, I know. I keep asking myself where this insanity comes from. Half the world seems dead set on destroying itself and they see this as improvement. Suddenly every institution and group out there seems to want revenge for situations that have been in place for centuries and wrongs committed by people long dead. Leaders are apologizing by handing over civilizations and the implication is that you should be devastated by spite for yourself.
But you're right. It helps immeasurably to know you're not alone, even if like-minded people are stretched thin in parts of the world. Sense is still out there.
Leftist controlled media, education, activist judges, Soros DAs, kneeling FBI, kneeling National Guard, a well-funded cabal that manipulates the flow of information and fortifies elections.
Moving forward instead of backwards would be nice. We went from "all are equal no matter what" to "we're selling ourselves out and you're subhuman for not picking up the tab."
Did you know "human rights" were invented by Jacobin leftists in 1793. Who later guillotined the libtard useful idiots?
This is the origin of "human" "rights" and "equality". A fucking lie.
The first project of the Constitution of the French Fourth Republic also referred to the 1793 version of the Declaration of the Rights of Man and Citizen. The 1793 document was written by Jacobins after they had expelled the Girondists. It was a compromise designed as a propaganda weapon and did not fully reflect the radicalism of the Jacobin leaders.
From 1791 to 1793, the Girondins were active in the Legislative Assembly and the National Convention. Together with the Montagnards, they initially were part of the Jacobin movement. They campaigned for the end of the monarchy, but then resisted the spiraling momentum of the Revolution, which caused a conflict with the more radical Montagnards. They dominated the movement until their fall in the insurrection of 31 May – 2 June 1793, which resulted in the domination of the Montagnards and the purge and mass execution of the Girondins. This event is considered to mark the beginning of the Reign of Terror.
The trial of the 22 began before the Revolutionary Tribunal on 24 October 1793. The verdict was a foregone conclusion. On 31 October, they were borne to the guillotine. It took 36 minutes to cut off 22 heads, one of which was already dead. Charles Éléonor Dufriche de Valazé had committed suicide the previous day upon hearing the sentence he was given.[17]

You summed up why I am not friends with any white liberals.
They are a pathetic group of mentally ill clowns.

A Cultural Revolution.
What did you expect?
