Everything is racist in a way because most things are related to race, architecture, medicine, music, pluming, food, games like chess or go.
Those colleges that they use to brainwash young students are based on European culture, mostly UK and France.
Traffic rules, philosophy, psychology, geometry, algebra, the wheel, fireworks, pizza all have a cultural undertone to them. And despite what BBC, wizards of the cost and Netflix think, most cultures have been race homogenous up until fairly recent.
But show someone in historical cultural dress, and somehow it's "racist" and wrong. Even if the people still like to dress like that themselves from time to time. (See: The "Pow-wow in Canada, schedules and calendars")
