This is going to be terrible for aviation safety. Airplanes is one of those places where ability ought to be of the utmost importance. Inflight fires, engine failures and gravity don’t care about diversity.
How many people, even on the left, are willing to die for diversity?
A better question: how many people are the left willing to kill for diversity?
Lets be honest, the autopilot will fly just fine and I doubt there are enough emergencies as to make a difference.
Still racist of them and I hate them.
The US requires air traffic controllers to wear masks while talking to pilots, which makes them more difficult to understand.
If they don't care about that, what makes you think they'll care about maintaining standards for pilots?
