Let's for the sake of the argument that this goes through. Doesn't that mean Pelosi, Cortez, etc. can all be sued for inciting CHAZ/CHOP, BLM, etc. Because I can more easily prove that their words caused death and destruction than Trumps did.
That depends on a court system that follows the rule of law.
