Not many, not in any sort of beneficial way at least. They only question their beliefs within the confines of the topic. I've seen a discussion on a local forum, where a feminist is being perceived as a TERF by trans activists and supporters. She regularly protests the claim, arguing that perception isn't reality. I've seen the same poster saying recently on a racial topic that anything perceived as being racist is racist, regardless of intent. These people have some bizarre ability to switch on and off the logical parts of their brain, purely based on need.
