This already happen in the regular season. The Browns lost two games a few season ago from bad calls from fem refs.
Even the progressives typically hate female announcers/referees.
That was the point when they thought there was money to be made.
Aside from maybe tennis there's no money in womens sports.
Women can't survive without ducking the blood of men. They're too frail and greedy and pathetic.
