While I don't think it's actually targeted demoralization propaganda, the idea that things must get worse before they can get better has come to serve the same purpose as demoralization propaganda. It lays out the notion that there's nothing we can do right now to fix things, that we must continue to endure these hardships until some undefined point in the future where some backlash will magically manifest. I reject this premise and posit that we have already reached and passed the point where the populace at large should have provided some sort of extreme rejection of the abuse it is being subjected to. If we continue to parrot the idea that "things must get worse", then things will only continue to get worse. It will continue for years, decades, generations, until the people enduring the abuse are those who never knew what came before and how much better things could be. The Soviet Union was a shitshow for decades; Is that the timeframe we want to entertain for how much worse things must get before they can get better?
It's all just an abdication of the responsibility to correct the situation ourselves.
People are remarkably tolerant of abuse. Look at spousal abuse stats, 55% of abused people are male, yet not one single male abuse victim shelter because they just tolerate it. Men are the primary players in politics, and they will suffer a LOT for no reason.
Yes.
Let me tell you a story. It's a story about four brothers, named "Somebody", "Anybody", "Everybody", and "Nobody". Everybody needed Anybody to do a task, but Nobody volunteered to do it. Despite this, Somebody eventually wound up doing it, and complained that Anybody and Everybody could have done it easily, but he still was forced to do it himself, because it was always like that, Everybody complains about something and yells "Anybody, please do something!". Nobody steps up to the plate, and the whole situation is a failure, so Somebody has to interfere and fix all the things Anybody could have done, but doesn't, despite Everybody's wishes. Nobody loves to help, but that never works out well, Somebody is always left picking up the slack.
Everybody, who is you in the metaphor by the by, is ultimately waiting for Somebody to do something, because while Anybody and Everybody could do it, Nobody is volunteering. And Everybody will continue to wait until the end of time, because Nobody is volunteering.
The wait will be long, not because of rising pressure or shitshow degree, but because Anybody and Everybody are expecting Somebody, not them, to do something, and until Somebody does, Nobody will try to make a difference.
Well, that's not entirely accurate. IIRC someone opened a shelter for battered men once, and feminists shut it down and drove the founder to suicide - because feminism wants to help men too, you see.
It's happened more than once, but they never stay open long. Another one tried it but got their dogs murdered for it alongside follow-up threats of greater action, too. Because feminism good, so murder the puppies. But it was mostly a throwaway line.
"It must get worse before it gets better" is just a less precise way to say "for people to act, the pain of inaction has to exceed the pain of action."
It's not advice, it's not demoralization, it's just a fact that plays out daily in every aspect of our lives, from working out all the way to getting the boot on your neck.
I don’t think it’s gonna get better. After seeing the normie reaction and bending over to everything, we are destined to continue spiraling deeper in the shit.
I approve of this message. What's really needed is people to stop being lazy and invest money and effort into alternative institutions with explicit aims.
White Christian bank, a White Christian telecoms, White Christian etc. I'd pay extra money for this. Certainly a better long-term investment than GME.
K nigga, you wanna be the first to bring minecraft into the real world? So that you can then be used as justification to make everything worse for everyone else at a far more accelerated pace?
Don't fall into the trap of thinking the left only escalates because of us. They are child rapists after all.
They'll escalate regardless, and all of us will sit here and spout platitudes about how hypocritical they are. And the world will continue to get worse.
Like, whats the point of a post like this one? "Guys, if we just circlejerk harder and bring more people in, surely that'll change something!" Great change we've affected over the last 6 years alright. It is going to continue to get worse until we hit a flash point, then it'll all be over quickly and nothing you or I say here will make any iota of difference
Well I would be arrested if I said to look at how a certain hero of Germany loathed by the system saved his country from this leftist cancer and was able to stand against the rest of the world and fight for so long against overwhelming odds.
Saying "liberals are pedophiles who need to be stopped" here is safe and easy. Spreading this message across the internet is necessary. Waking people up until enough of us are ready to say no to communism. Loudly. Like that certain hero did, only louder.

Not really, but that's in no small part because I don't know that the minecraft approach will actually fix the situation we're in. I'd be a lot more inclined to take action of some sort if I saw a course of action that looked like it would lead to a solution, but mindless violence isn't productive. More likely we'll need to find an effective means of distributing counter-propaganda to the normies instead of just circulating memes among ourselves.
You need to stop getting into the trap of thinking that you need Normie support.
They are mindless sheep, always have been, and will go wherever they are herded. Always sleeping, never questioning.
Recognize 3.5% are needed to enact change, realize 20% had their voices stolen from them, work on unifying that 20%, and make the world quake.
Yeah man, another decade of "Wow look how hypocritical the left is!" "Man, could you imagine the news stories if we did half of this?" " Better vote Republicuck because they're the lesser of two evils"
How inspiring! That'll surely stop things from getting worse and worse. Especially if we just refrain from saying that things will get worse.
The only way things get better is if someone in a leadership position has balls and is willing to exert necessary force to effect change. You and me sitting here on a forum, even spreading it to agreeable family and coworkers will do all of jack shit.
But there are no such leaders on the right. So that leaves lone wolf actions which will never effect real, positive change. Part of the reason Trump was so popular is because people believed he could be such a leader. Instead he took it up the ass like a good little cuck
My goal is more along the lines of getting people away from the notion that we should even entertain the idea of it getting worse before acting. "oh it has to get bad enough before we're allowed to do anything, but we don't know where that line is so we'll always just roll over and take it" is not a healthy mindset and is one we should banish in favor of "this is already intolerable and it's time to start planning how we're going to correct the situation."
I hear ya, but it's kinda hard when it takes more than one person. Cowardice is contagious. On that not, there's an old saying that I like; "discretion is the better part of valor".
