While I don't think it's actually targeted demoralization propaganda, the idea that things must get worse before they can get better has come to serve the same purpose as demoralization propaganda. It lays out the notion that there's nothing we can do right now to fix things, that we must continue to endure these hardships until some undefined point in the future where some backlash will magically manifest. I reject this premise and posit that we have already reached and passed the point where the populace at large should have provided some sort of extreme rejection of the abuse it is being subjected to. If we continue to parrot the idea that "things must get worse", then things will only continue to get worse. It will continue for years, decades, generations, until the people enduring the abuse are those who never knew what came before and how much better things could be. The Soviet Union was a shitshow for decades; Is that the timeframe we want to entertain for how much worse things must get before they can get better?
It's all just an abdication of the responsibility to correct the situation ourselves.
Not really, but that's in no small part because I don't know that the minecraft approach will actually fix the situation we're in. I'd be a lot more inclined to take action of some sort if I saw a course of action that looked like it would lead to a solution, but mindless violence isn't productive. More likely we'll need to find an effective means of distributing counter-propaganda to the normies instead of just circulating memes among ourselves.
You need to stop getting into the trap of thinking that you need Normie support.
They are mindless sheep, always have been, and will go wherever they are herded. Always sleeping, never questioning.
Recognize 3.5% are needed to enact change, realize 20% had their voices stolen from them, work on unifying that 20%, and make the world quake.
Yeah man, another decade of "Wow look how hypocritical the left is!" "Man, could you imagine the news stories if we did half of this?" " Better vote Republicuck because they're the lesser of two evils"
How inspiring! That'll surely stop things from getting worse and worse. Especially if we just refrain from saying that things will get worse.
The only way things get better is if someone in a leadership position has balls and is willing to exert necessary force to effect change. You and me sitting here on a forum, even spreading it to agreeable family and coworkers will do all of jack shit.
But there are no such leaders on the right. So that leaves lone wolf actions which will never effect real, positive change. Part of the reason Trump was so popular is because people believed he could be such a leader. Instead he took it up the ass like a good little cuck
My goal is more along the lines of getting people away from the notion that we should even entertain the idea of it getting worse before acting. "oh it has to get bad enough before we're allowed to do anything, but we don't know where that line is so we'll always just roll over and take it" is not a healthy mindset and is one we should banish in favor of "this is already intolerable and it's time to start planning how we're going to correct the situation."
