They're both triangle spirals, but they're different executions of a simple idea that could easily have been created independently. Between the corruption and the treason there are plenty of better reasons to hate Trudeau.
First thing I found when I did a quick search was actually some other people talking about this a year ago, here. The claim there, which is interesting, and seems genuine, is that the show True Detective actually used a page of Trudeau's Foundation website as part of their pedo symbology example. Kind of weird.
They do provide links to the page, on the foundation website, that uses the logo. See page 3.
So, you can read as little or as much into it as you want, but insofar as that symbol has been linked to the Trudeau Foundation, that is true.
A few things to note: This is The Pierre Elliott Trudeau Foundation, named after Justin's father. However, Justin's brother does sit on both the board and as a founding member. Perhaps the founder, although it seems weird. His bio on the site lists him as "Founder," but doesn't go into detail, and I didn't find much out. Justin was also in the foundation up until he got into federal politics.

It does seem like that their main logo is that stylized T and F. That triangle swirl is just one of the symbols that they have for page filler.
With Morris 'Rosenberg' as the President and CEO, that symbolism may have more meaning behind it though.
