The "crisis" faced by black trans women is the collision between trans culture's insistence that trans women are sexually attractive women with black culture's violent rejection of homosexuality. Black trans women are disproportionately likely to get into sex work, and black men are disproportionately likely to view being propositioned by a trans sex worker as a mortal insult to their honour.
Given the general trans suicide rate, the #1 threat to black trans people is black trans people. Protect black trans people, end black trans people now!
