I can totally understand this. Women and girls are overlooked and underrepresented everywhere. Somebody has to do something so this poor opressed minority can finally be heard and seen.
If they were smarter about it, they'd pack it with like 6 straight guys and one transqueer nonbinary alphabet worshipping fursuit wearing bigmouth who gets to be the dissenting voice and vocal minority in every meeting, who they get to paint as the scrappy underdog fighter opposing the majority at every turn.
