No. Don’t let them dilute language like that. Poetry isn’t something that ‘invokes emotion’; any prose can do that. Poetry is a matter of meter- it has to be written in a manner that is distinct from normal writing. That doesn’t mean that all poetry is any good, but if it has a structure and if it follows that structure, then it can be called poetry.
I am well aware. I teach poetry. Even Free Verse, properly understood, should be a poetry form in which you set your own meter, structure and rhythm. It is often taught extremely poorly, leading to what you’re talking about, but at root it is supposed to be a poetic model where you get to determine the constraints, in contrast to say a sonnet, which has its own rules. So ‘whatever you want’ but not in the way most mean.
There's nothing inherently wrong with it. A musical genre is just a musical genre.
The problem is that when you are literally rapping about your past and future crimes, any claim to 'artistic expression' is pretty meaningless because what you are producing is evidence.
You don't get to rap about how your crew killed some guy from some other crew last month and then act surprised when you get arrested for that murder and they play your musical confession in court.
Is not just women, it is all part of intersectionality, is a good win for most woke groups wanting power. Women just happen to not be a minority so they are overrepresented.
Hopefully men of all races will unite one day, and by men I do mean actual men not the soymen variety. I still can't believe Trump did better with all groups except white men.

It makes sense when you consider how our society and culture, from our school systems to social media, have been systematically emasculating and just generally shitting on white men for decades (it's heavily ramped up the past four years but this subversion began long ago).

Except there's a kind of poetry called "free verse" poetry that is taught in schools, where the style is pretty much "whatever you want"
