He's emphasizing the logical conclusion of what yelling for corporate regulation of speech has come to. Her saying "oh no, the corporations censored trump, they shouldn't do that" is now a right-wing opinion, which 10 years ago should've been a BIPARTISAN opinion.
Normally I would say this brings me some sense of schadenfreude, but all it is is someone finally waking up to the fact that weapons given to those in power wielded against their enemies can also be wielded against you.
