I think the real trick is that white leadership will always get disparaged as edgy regardless of whether it is or not.
The same "employees" at Penguin Books that were outraged that Jordan Peterson was publishing a new book.
The same employees at Spotify shaking and crying about Joe Rogan.

I don't doubt that there are plenty of people who actually feel that way, but this seems pretty flimsy.
You are much better off getting the best person for the job. Sometimes that is a white male sometimes it isn’t. This obsession with diversity and racial representation leads to crappy entertainment

It's not that women can't lead. It's that the women who tend to seek leadership are very often not suited to lead.
