It's not that women can't lead. It's that the women who tend to seek leadership are very often not suited to lead.
Bit of a distinction without a difference, I suppose.
I feel like that's what I just said, although I would add that most men drawn to power are also shit heels of a different kind.
Still, the Kristi Noems are so few and far between that they end up proving you broadly correct. On average, you do not want a woman leading you.
