Republicans? SJW Classic version, I haven't seen that in awhile.
Funny how these conservative wokescolds threaten to withhold an university's funding over a book with naughty pictures in it, but I would not be shocked if they never once threatened any university's funding over the Marxist & cultural Marxist indoctrination that pretty much all public universities engage in.
Exactly my thought.
Post-Trump Republicans appear to have returned to their old ways.
The Republican Party allied with radical feminists to push anti-porn ideology at one point.
Trump was better than I thought.
He was. If it was neocons in charge, the US would be like the UK by now.
Instead, he bought 4 years of time for us. However, Harris' plans will bring the US to a level of female supremacy that was unseen until this point.
Let's hope January 6th stops that hell from being realized.
Watch as this is fully embraced by Dems/ the left since anime panders to "The Male Gaze™".
The one thing that unites left and neocon right - an opportunity to do women's bidding.
More reasons to jettison every single politician without exception. None of these people are fit to govern a goldfish bowl.
They say underage students shouldn't be assigned adult reading material. This is an interesting thing from multiple angles.
Progressives want the state to be everyone's guardian. He is a product of progressive education, which is intentionally retarding.
Well, technically I was in college when I was 14 or 15 due to dual enrollment in high school. And I had a classmate that was 1 year younger than that due to skipping a grade. It's not unheard of 12- or 13-year-old math savants going to college. Nonetheless, the solution is slapping a 18+ warning on the book/course catalog, not shutting down an entire school, if anything. Even in conservative southern states, schools give sex ed at a young age, which shows you a pic of dick/balls/pussy/boobs, so they're not scarring anyone.
And here we see puritanical right-wing legislators demanding something be censored because, "GASP, That's a penis!". (and yes, I know that Legend of the Overfiend is a hell of a lot more graphic than that, I was being hyperbolic). Show all the violence you want, but heaven forbid there be a chapter in there that points out that sex anime (whether vanilla or violent) exists.
Nope, that's exactly what it's about. It'd be one thing if the course centered solely on rape-tacular manga and anime that were blatantly offensive to the average person, but this course covers the gamut and touches on the fact that there is a lot of porn anime out there. They're censoring the whole thing based on one chapter that a handful of people can't handle and don't want other people looking at because they think that everyone should be offended and the thing shouldn't exist.
Bullshit. That's exactly what they're suggesting. They don't want anyone being exposed to the way things are in the real world that don't fit their narrow view of what is right and what is wrong. They don't want the students to look at something and draw their own conclusions. They, like the Left, want to rewrite reality to fit their version of what it should be and control the students' thoughts and actions accordingly.
Jesus what is this 1997? Anime has been mainstream and widely available in the West for 3 decades, you'd think they would have at least heard of it by now to not have this "I DONT KNOW WHAT THIS IS SO IT MUST BE <fill in buzzword>."
If the world doesn't learn to say "So fucking what, you genocidal freaks" to every concern involving women - and show the exact passage "The Future is Female" refers to - we will end up under their control.
sorry for deleting and reposting i thought a more direct link would be better instead of the indirect one from before
