Did anyone think this game wouldn't be woke commie garbage?
What I didn’t realize is just how poor it would be at being woke commie garbage.
The game begins with the player faction being framed and the media calling the idea they aren’t guilty a conspiracy theory. That’s pretty much GamerGate or the Trump presidency in a nutshell.
And the bad guys are a corporation doing censorship and policing? Take away the “immigration inherently good” angle and the rest of the woke bullshit and it would be GG the Game.
Is all the dialogue like this? "Albion are such evil, bad people!"
"Holy shit, that's fucked up man! How could Albion be such evil, bad people?"
"Albion are evil bad people because they are people who are bad and evil. And fascist. And racist."
"Fuck. We need to stop these evil, bad people at Albion."
"Yes, I agree."
Geez, it's enough to make you wish they stuck with the boring, cliche, angry dude who wants to get revenge story.
American Krogan goes over the progressive propaganda in the new Watch Dogs Leigon.
Ignoring all the woke shit that infests legion. It's an incredibly flawed boring and repetitive game. The innovative recruit anyone mechanic has ruined it, it's the exact same problem that GTAV had with three main characters.
When you split the players time between one or more characters then the depth and quality of the characters writing will suffer.
Legion just has you doing the same missions over and over and not really getting attached to any of your recruits. On the plus, it looks pretty with RTX on.
Looks like a clunky shit fest. Christ, the graphics are worse then a shitty indie game.
I bet leftists loved this game.
Oh, they'll sing praises for it, give it 10/10 scores, nominate it for Game of the Year, praise it for being culturally progressive, inclusive, and relevant during a troubled time full of fascists and Nazis everywhere, and a sign that gaming is on the rise and no longer for straight, white, cisgendered, transphobic, misogynist, Islamophobic, fragile incel boys, just like The Last of Us Part 2 and Avengers proved.
They won't actually play it though. Or buy it. But they just know in their hearts that it's true!

RECOGNIZING SOFTWARE AND/OR HARDWARE THAT IS PUSHING THE MEDIUM FORWARD BY ADDING FEATURES, TECHNOLOGY AND CONTENT TO HELP GAMES BE PLAYED AND ENJOYED BY AN EVEN WIDER AUDIENCE.
So it is nominated I assume for trying to bring in the leftist crazy people.
