Reporting will be thru the roof but they do not need to go after every case, they will make an example out of some poor guys who thinks illegal immigration is bad or that putting a dress on a guy does not make him a girl. They will get expelled or fired. That will make everyone fall in line using fear, as all good emphatic™ governments do.
The rest of the process will be to go after public individuals and any enemy of the "good party", after all anyone against the "good party" is against goodness itself and must be removed from society.

I am sort of seeing a situation when we had the early P2P programs like Kazaa. There will be people who are punished severely and made a public sacrifice, but ultimately the people in charge can't control it and find themselves unable to combat. The public face will hit hard, while the boardroom will be terrified.
There will be a battle between the two, and ultimately, the powerful will have to concede because they can't actually find and capture their enemy in the manner they say they can. Meanwhile, those who oppose can do exactly what they say they can, and use it to their advantage.
It will go very well for leftists. They may not be able to send them to jail yet but lets face it, losing your job and no one hiring you is about as bad. A lot of guys would tap out in that situation.
I would expect that a different task force will be made to make sure that tech media does not control speech. With all the bias out there against conservatives and the attention it got during this election, if Trump was to win I hope he would address it with a task force. It will be the best task force, some people call it that and who knows maybe it is, either way is going to be yuge!!

The entire unity speech, I came to the conclusion it was not made for conservatives or even leftists, but for the foreign interests. I assume it was blasted around the world by every major news outlet. People outside US were extremely surprised that Obama was not so bipartisan liked. I assume they are going for the same thing here. Maybe make a big deal that "the people"™ rejected populism and nationalism. It will used to silence all the nationalist sentiments currently rising in Europe and South America.

One of the ways President Trump has worked so well is he read the book, and figured out their strategy and how to counter it.
The left, until now, has refused to read any of the books by President Trump. Even a quick read would show his methods and thoughts pretty easily.
One of the things he talks about is setting up a win win situation. It doesn't matter what happens, he can make money or something from it.
Until now, with all the ind rhetoric and ideology, it's been the same stuff that was used for well over a decade. Suddenly they're trying to set up a win win, and altering their strategies.
