First the Chicago Mayor dressing up as a superhero, now this. Both women too. TheImpossible1 is rubbing off on me.
I get she was making a point about Halloween, but maybe while announcing the deaths of a bunch of people isn't the right time to wear a clown costume.
What if they're just funny numbers? And the whole things monkey business?
I can't think of any costume that would be "appropriate", and the two that would - the Grim Reaper and Anubis - would probably make people very, very upset.

If i'm not wrong Chile or Ecuador broadcasted something similar but with an actual clown as in... someone who does that for a living.
