Even the left consider it a leftist propaganda machine, they just happen to agree with it.
Except for the ending. Where it went too far even for them by basically saying you can forgive Super Hitler and all of the bad stuff forgotten.
And yet the one diamond who rebelled against the ways of Super Hitler and started the rebellion in the first place can't be forgiven for making mistakes along the way because it hurt people emotionally, and that's far more unforgivable then literal genocide.
It hurts, because I enjoyed the show before it took the nose-dive into pure SJW and revealed all its potential for world building was nothing but a patented J.J. Abrams Mystery Box.
That show is a prime example of "potential wasted on poor execution and emotional payoffs."
Because there are plenty of really strong characters who never get their time to shine, and stories just begging to be told.
But nah, we need episodes about "genderless" gay marriage and another on polygamy being cool.
