I think you all might be stretching this a little too far. They're not signaling that they're going to release a bio-weapon or anything, this is just a political sloganeering to make people afraid, and build a narrative for the media going forward.
Hell, if anything should be obvious to you at this point: it's that they don't need a bio-weapon to lock people into their homes and push all sorts of authoritarians bullshit.
They don't even a need a real disease after this. The government can shut down anything at any moment for health concerns now.
Hence why they want Racism to be a public health crisis.
