Well, that's why I was asking everyone to help push against a Silicon Valley bailout. With a divided congress, it's just possible that we could gridlock this into existence.

To add on, I would like to respectfully ask everyone to consider helping to push against the idea of a Silicon Valley bailout. If you have a Twitter account, definitely please jump in.

I don't think I have to tell anyone here how monumentally important it would be if Silicon Valley went bankrupt, but I'm going to rant anyway. The premiere propaganda channel of the modern world, suddenly cut off. Replaced by whatever freewheeling ramshackle patchwork of websites that springs up. The sudden mass unemployment, humiliation, and defeat of our useful idiot enemies. The almost utter public vindication of "get woke, go broke." I could go on.

If the recent HL debacle was Gamergate 2.0, as I have seen some suggesting, then we need an Operation Disrespectful Nod 2.0. Respectfully, I'd like to ask you to consider it. It's worth a try.

Unironically yes. Their privilege is being stripped from them, and I'm not sorry.

Right, he fell and was hospitalized, but I don't see any pictures of him in a boot there.

Here's the account I'm talking about. Scroll back through the timeline and he has a LOT of these pictures.

His theory is that White Hats have been working for years, and the boots are concealing ankle monitors. I can't vouch for that, but I do agree it's weird that so many have been photographed in medical boots in the last few years. Let's say I want to believe.

edit: here are a few specific Tweets for the lazy. Scroll his timeline, though, and you will absolutely see more:

I try to lay off the more unverified stuff, but there's a Twitter account posting a LOT of celebrities wearing walking boots going back to (I think) 2009. If Turtle Man shows up in a boot, that would be mildly interesting.

There's even a (not so) surprisingly active porn subreddit: fuckingfascists. It's full of commenters saying things like, "I know it's supposed to be just a fetish, but it feels so good to give into manly MAGA men..." Real examples from the front page:

I was rubbing my cunt watching the news hoping they’re [the J6 protestors] be successful

My bisexuality should be used only for male entertainment

Y-yes you're absolutely correct, Daddy. I.. I s-surrender and s-submit to your true and just authority over me. Body, mind, and s-soul. I obey.

Not even joking. I'm surprised pReddit has allowed it to stay up for as long as it has, and I bet if it gets too much more attention, they'll shut it down. (Just saying.)

And now mainstream society believes the media is corrupt, Epstein didn't kill himself, and that a cabal of wealthy elites conspires to control world events.

Good fucking work, everybody. Don't let up.

Clearly a well thought out post.

Could you please elaborate on Maxwell's dad running textbook publishing? I believe you, I just haven't heard that before.

OK then, that was always allowed.

(It just doesn't sell well.)

Even then, they could easily be lying for personal gain.

A fair point, but that's indeed happening. The pro vaxxers that haven't gone into hiding are getting ratioed all over Twitter, of all places -- and I assure you real life is going worse for them. (Feel free to make an account and help rub it in their faces; it's fun.) They went completely all in on the coof, and now the freaking New York Times is forced to run op eds headlined "The Mask Mandates Did Nothing. Will Any Lessons Be Learned?" The Atlantic is running pieces asking for "pandemic amnesty." They are spinning narrative after narrative, but it's never been less effective. They even tried to say they shot down a UFO, for God's sake, and that died after like a day.

The time has never been riper to humiliate our enemies and claim our credit. Fuck it, when this is all over, I'll take my medal with the rest of you ;)

we will never receive due credit for having them first. More likely, they will be used as a cudgel against us.

So what? I haven't been in this fight for more than a decade to get my "due credit." The Gamergate name is cudgeled into the dirt, but Kotaku has been sold and resold for less and less each time, Disney has written VICE down into literal worthlessness, massive layoffs are sweeping through not just games journalism, but the media at large, games journalism itself is widely acknowledged as dead, with YouTubers taking over as credible reviewers, and not only has it become mainstream to talk about media corruption, but it has become mainstream to believe that Epstein didn't kill himself and that a cabal of wealthy elites conspire to control world events.

They may well try to spin a narrative like the one you presented, but that honestly hasn't gone that well for them.

I like Harry Potter fine, but I'm no superfan or anything. It's a solid 8/10 with genuinely fun combat and near perfectly captured atmosphere. The humiliation and agony of our enemies is just a nice bonus.

That's a minimum of $720,000,000 in the first couple of weeks, and before the PS4 and Switch releases. Congratulations to Avalanche for your unqualified success.

It's a solid 8/10 (Very Good, in my view) open world adventure with genuinely fun combat and a perfect depiction of the Potter atmosphere. It's probably a legit 9/10 if you're a big HP fan.

Come on, man. We've been over this. It set records. It's legitimately hugely popular. At least two of my Steam friends and one of my IRL acquaintances are playing it.

The Super Bowl may have done well, but nobody watches TV anymore. Having top rated shows is not a surprise.

No, no, no. I was assured that the leagues were doing better than ever in the face of the antiwoke boycott.
