Paul Atreides is a tiny guy.
"His oval face was like his mother Jessica’s, but he had stronger bones and a browline reminiscent of his maternal grandfather. He had a thin, disdainful nose, long lashes concealing lime-toned, directly staring green eyes, and a hardness in the expression like the old Duke, his paternal grandfather."
lol.. keep believing that "lived experiences" are valuable.
It's just a tool anyone can use to shove their own preconceived ideas down your throat. And you just eat it up without question.
You honestly believe that a black girl 'accidentally' threw a ball in a white girls face and they "just threw assault and battery on her record?"
"On her record." As if it's a pre-existing record, and this is merely being added to it. Do you not think, or does the simple drawing and music played on heart strings just shut down your ability to think critically?
You might wonder.. "maybe he has an advanced degree in some subject, given how smug he is?"
Nope. His major was: "Theater."
He's a confused clown who mistakes his position as a CBS late show contract player for something significant.
Those people will always exist. I'm curious as to why, at this moment in history, they're actually holding sway.
I hope it's just the change of dominant media, you're seeing voices that would normally not make it to prime time earn a slot because the real talent is leaving and there isn't any competition.
If it's not that, we're just at the end of an Empire. We got fucked up by China, we didn't act clearly and quickly enough, and we're about to get rolled into a new World War. Thankfully, I don't think China actually stands a chance to win, but it will completely change the face of the United States and Europe afterwards.
Oh, but you know, according to Wikipedia the area had "Culture and Amenities" along with "shrines" to murder victims.
None of the people they killed, though. No, they like to graverob other people of their tragedies to justify their malice.
I think you're half right. Reddit is a machine designed to make it's users mentally unwell. That was the real point of "community moderation." To turn the entire place into one giant self-guided struggle session.
Just observe how it makes major decisions, like banning NoNewNormal or TheDonald.
This is why it was purchased. This is why they did Cambridge Analytica, and this is the product of what they've learned. You can't make people do anything, but you can make them so unwell that they don't want to do anything.
"No one mistakes you repeating bits of trivia from the scripted morning news program as 'being informed' or 'seeming smart.' Everyone you know thinks it's lame. Just give it up. If you still feel the need to play this game with your acquaintances, then buy a book and read it."
