Starfire is the one in the background. Absolute opposite of an edgy goth girl if ever there was one.

Thanks for the link. Though I swear there was a little more of it on the end where he basically reaffirms that he's keeping things under control and is overly polite.

He didn't really follow though. The reason he wasn't in a police car was because he tried to force his way out and resisted arrest.

Here's a little consistency then.

When airing grievances with the government, Jan 6th took their issues directly to the government. BLM saw fit to avoid the government, avoid the media, and just burn down a bunch of private property instead.

Ms Babbitt was the only one who was killed that day.

But go on, I look forward to reasoned discussion, however unlikely, from you on this matter.

Pro tip: Download this videos while you can.

There was another one a while back which showed them being politely asked to leave with Viking man politely refusing but saying he'd make sure nobody broke anything but it's gone now.

I'll be honest, the book kinda lags a bit for me in the second half and you can kinda tell it started life as a regular web series.

But both it and the games are a very special, very niche thing which I think will appeal to a lot of us here who are sick of every franchise turning out the same thing every year.

Metro 2033.

A book which inspired a top-notch game series. The book follows a slightly different path from the game and is far from perfect, but it's still likely up the alley of many here.

You see, you had a point. The veracity of all these stories is hardly watertight and I'll be the first to say it.

But doubling down and saying you don't believe it because a woman wrote it does undermine your point rather spectacularly.

All it takes is an emergency. Remember a few years back there was this article about how some idiot in a pharma company questioned if curative care was profitable and they all got outraged?

Now they demand you buy several shots of vaccine from those same companies and when the boosters start coming in they'll demand too buy those too.

That is the point.

Serbia is the least racist country only when all non-serbs have already been removed from the world.

Game Dev blows something up. A couple Twitter randos ask why. Journalist comes to the rescue to whine and say how hard it is playing games for a living.

Social sciences being a joke aside, there is a real problem in the sciences of both political correctness controlling what is allowed to be studied, and institutions only wanting to see positive results.

It's a combination which means you can "prove" anything in the SocJus dogma if you bastardise the process enough.

Worth noting however that the UK gov has already looked at this and said no.

Let's be fair.

The UK gov is slowly moving towards voter ID. And they've already responded to this and said no.
