The US is full steam ahead in the demographic transition. There is nothing to reconcile about. This isn't a Civil War, where the same people is killing each other and can make peace latter. This is literally different people's fighting for resources, wealth and power. Trump with his last minute deal for Black America is just a desperate attempt to bribe one of those people's and keep the power. It is like what Gaddafi used to do in Lybia.
