The joke is of course that it's due to all of this "anti"-discrimination bullshit that white people are better behaved, at least in low-end jobs where you don't get because of connections.
As you say, you can kick a white man out pretty easily. So if a white man makes trouble, causes drama, doesn't do his job, whatever - he won't last long. You don't see shitty white people in low-end jobs that often because they'll get fired before you see them. On top of that, if a white man actually wants to keep his job, he'll do his best to at least stay out of sight.
If you fire a minority on the other hand, now you get to go explain to a judge why you didn't do it just cuz he black. It's not (yet?) generally that hard to win that provided you didn't actually fire him cuz he black, but it does take some time, money, and effort. That raises the threshold for taking action, which means minorities get away with more. The minorities in turn know this and feel free to make use of the situation.
Result: the white people are doing the bulk of the work and the minorities are causing most of trouble.
You do see shitty white people in high-end jobs - in that case it tends to be the grand poobah's idiot nephew or the like, whom nobody dares touch because of that. Those people are protected similarly to the minorities albeit in a different manner, and then the shittiness comes out.

I've finally managed to get to a second round of phone interviews. I'll be sure to mention the fact that I'm white. Surely they'll offer me the job on spot. I'll bet none of the other suckers who applied thought of that!
I'm in a similar boat brother. I went back to college as a mature student, got a law degree, with a very good average score, and 13th in my class over all. I've been applying for jobs for over a month and I haven't even got near an interview. I feel like I'm taking a shit from the clouds and hoping it lands in a toilet.
At my company HR policy prohibits us from extending an offer until we interview at least one "diverse" candidate.
We had a candidate who was a STEM PhD from one of the top 2 "Institutes of Technology" with extremely relevant post-doc experience, and we couldn't extend him an offer because he was the wrong race. Granted we may not have won that particular battle for his talents, but HR wouldn't even let us fight it.
That figure for women is incorrect. It's far lower than that, their highest group is lower than men's lowest. Although I suspect she knew that and used the false numbers deliberately.

Even acknowledging men has a problem is not allowed, because it might take away women's strangle hold on victim.
Its why "women attempt suicide more" is an actual defense, over "men actually manage to die more." Which of course ignores how pathetic most women's attempts are and how much is just attention seeking.
