I don't think you or anyone should pay for this girl's future gangbanger child.

We can only disincentivize the rampant growth of young single mothers by making sure that there are severe consequences for being one.

The problem is getting someone with the balls to get it done actually elected, in power and to keep him alive long enough to pull it off.
