Thinking on it more it's pretty smart. Biden made such a big deal out of the virus during the debate and hyped it up as a death sentence that it'd look ghoulish to attack Trump while he has it. Especially if he became seriously ill, which seems to not be the case. If he recovers without complications he's a very public example of his policies of re-opening the country not being a death sentence to the public, since as an older individual on the overweight side he's more likely to have complications.

How overweight is Trump? I don't think I've ever heard what his actual weight is.
I don't know, but just looking at the man he's not a particularly fit specimen, even if he otherwise appears to be in decent health for a man his age.

He looks to have put on quite a bit of weight in the last few years. I'm guessing Trump is flirting with 250-275 lbs.
