It would be an interesting experiment to take groups of humans by race and culture, and place each group in a novel environment (like, say, Mars), away from one another, and see if different races of the same culture would evolve differently, and how. The environment would have to be the same and offer the same things to each group starting out, of course.

Oh, you want a rodent model? Then compare fancy rats in a lab, with whatever the hell wild urban rats are getting up to, then. I don't think anyone is really keeping an eye on their behaviour, and I think someone should start.

This experiment is already sort of happening between rural and urban raccoons. The urban raccoons are more device-savvy, becoming more socially organized, and are starting to pop up in new and novel coat colours (which is very much a by-product of the domestication process. And yes, as an aside, I fully expect some shit start to happen in some city somewhere, and people are gonna be like "we dunno what's causing it, all we see on camera is just a bunch of dumb animals ..."

You don't need that, as there are various combinations of races and cultures. For example, you have Bosnia, the only European country with a sizeable native Muslim population. And of course, that country spawns Islamism and terrorism, while the neighboring Serbs and Croats (who are Christian), do not.

You also have Nigeria, where the south is largely Christian and the north Muslim. Guess who does best, and who commits acts of terrorism?
