It would be an interesting experiment to take groups of humans by race and culture, and place each group in a novel environment (like, say, Mars), away from one another, and see if different races of the same culture would evolve differently, and how. The environment would have to be the same and offer the same things to each group starting out, of course.
You don't need that, as there are various combinations of races and cultures. For example, you have Bosnia, the only European country with a sizeable native Muslim population. And of course, that country spawns Islamism and terrorism, while the neighboring Serbs and Croats (who are Christian), do not.
You also have Nigeria, where the south is largely Christian and the north Muslim. Guess who does best, and who commits acts of terrorism?
