Need way more context on this one. I flat out don't buy it as presented. Default assumption should be that every person here, including the cops, I guarantee is a Mormon and they all belong to the same ward. This guy is probably getting arrested for drinking a coffee or sneaking a beer.

It's apparently Christchurch, which is not Mormon.
He was arrested for not wearing a mask and properly social distancing, but the cops didn't arrest until the singing started. A few others were also arrested.
