The worst scenario I can think of:

1. hate speech laws and increased monitoring of online activity
2. by the end of the 4'th year only pistols will be permitted
3. racial discrimination against whites even worse then it is now
4. a non-stop media coverage of how good the party is and how it is an utopia
5. economy will start going down but it will be blamed on Trump not on the stupid spending on social programs
6. masive immigration that will insure Democrat / Socialist power for a very very long time
7. all national and religious representation in public will become illegal in a lot of states (except for muslim or if you are celebrating another country)
8. indoctrination will increase in education while they crack down on the few schools that are not full blown marxists
9. climate change will be tweaked to the needs of the democrats, increase power to the government and increased taxes then magically it will be better when in fact they will just have the same statistics but from a different angle or with a different context.
10. any non democratic voice will be left without a job, denied education and basically removed from polite society
11. women will get to rule for a long time in their own favor and in the cheers of the main stream media
