That would be epic. Not to mention it would change the landscape of presidential debates away from main stream media. But lets face it there are a few things:

Joe Rogan will not be easy on Trump because he is still center left and he will focus on main stream issues like healthcare, education and drugs which would not win Trump any votes from Dems. Trump needs to focus on the extreme left not moderate left if he wants to win, stuff like free speech, law and order, identity politics, the lying manipulative Democrats who hate the country.
Biden will not accept it, him to debate without help from CNN to get the questions before the debate or have a prompter would be insanely stupid for his campaign
This was smart of Trump to accept knowing that Biden will not.

That wouldn't matter. Because Biden would fumble each of these things much worse without a hand up has ass to guide him.
