I've edited my comment a few times to add more as I find them.
I'm not saying that what Spotify is doing isn't gay AF (and completely predictable), but how much does it matter when the JRE is still on the platforms that made it the most popular podcast in the world? I haven't been listen to much JRE this year, so I'm not completely in the know. Does the Spotify deal require Rogan to become exclusive to their platform at some point?
Take the example of Dr Disrespect and apply it here. Once one platform gets butthurt by another platform they have a tendency to remove their content out of spite. If Youtube outright bans him now for being on Spotify then we'll at least have a list of what was missing from the Spotify collection.

The problem is these companies play off of one another and take cues from one another constantly. Being banned from one platform inevitably leads to being banned on others.
That said, I think it may be too soon to jump to conclusions. Give it a couple months and if they're still banned, then I will be more concerned.
Does anyone have these on torrents? I got shit to do but if anyone has more time than I do you should be able to use youtube-dl and a short batch script to download them.
Alex Jones has now commented on the situation and claims Rogan will posting the missing episodes in a second rollout. I'll believe it when I see it.

I'm actually shocked the Anthony Cumia ones are still up. I guess he's such a nobody these days that he flew under the radar.
This is actually really disappointing. I'm hoping there's a reason to it, like generating interest and then they'll all be put up or something. If it's just Joe going "Yeah, give me the cash and you can keep certain episodes off Spotify, and I won't invite Alex Jones or whoever else." then that's the biggest sellout I've ever seen. Joe's going to have to respond to this, and I've got more than enough faith that there's some kind of reason behind it that I can accept and is rational. Because leaving Youtube for Spotify, pointing out to the shit Youtube pulls, then get the same thing on Spotify? That'd be disgusting.
