Nobody is advocating for a mass shooting, but the instant you put two in the chest of a person who is attacking you with all these improvised weapons, the rest will either run for their lives, or try to draw their own firearm on you, in which case you have a staggering advantage on them and can defend yourself against them too. It'd be a clear case of self-defense. Though it probably wouldn't fly in a place like Portland.
There have been a couple of instances that I can think of. But in both cases it was purely self-defense.
One was the incident where an antifa member rushed someone with a knife drawn and he got shot for it.
The other was the famous video of the antifa member with an AK calling conservatives pussies then later that night getting shot and killed when he aimed his rifle at a guy in a truck.
Antifa is operating in urban cities where the population is disarmed. If they came to rural areas they would be find people who have guns and are ready to defend themselves.
Anybody who drew down on antifa people would instantly be shot by SWAT snipers. The police in the US are extremely good at their jobs when they're allowed to actually do them, which isn't the case in Portland.
I am constantly amazed no one has gunned down antifa yet.
