Congratulations boys, no matter how well you performed this year, your calculated exam score will be 'adjusted' to ensure the male/female gap remains! Hooray for institutional sexism!

What's the point of a grade if it's adjusted based on factors that have nothing to do with what's being graded. What value is there if the institutions who consider the grade believe the grade they are seeing has been artificially skewed? Won't this result in girls being dismissed even more?

It will

I disagree. Employers will be shamed for not hiring them. Quotas will be implemented. Everything that can be done to help more women fail upwards WILL be done.

Women will continue to be treated as children and men will be treated as garbage. Nobody wins in the long run. But a small group of nasty evil women do pretty well for themselves for a short period of time.

You are right about all of this, except for the size of the group. Many women will do pretty well for themselves,. Where they won't do well, however, is emotionally. They will find it difficult if not impossible to start families. They will be utterly miserable by 40, and most likely insane.

Insane, and in positions of power that they didn't actually earn, bent on taking out their misery and resentment on the people, especially the men and boys, over whom they wield authority.

The girls who deserve Fs will end up running cyber security for a credit rating agency because of bioleninism.

People who naturally float to the top of meritocracies don't try to protect the system. They have nothing compelling their loyalty to maintain the system, since they achieved greatness on their own and locking out the plebs would be nice.

The problem is As hire As and Bs hire Cs. Once one person gets in that doesn't belong there, they will scramble to cling to their position by producing loyal backers, people who wouldn't get there without being placed. This creates a race to the bottom.

They need to start categorizing people to identify those who will be loyal. Falguini Sheth calls it racialization. Eventually they start openingly selecting for groups they percieve to be worthless. When you see leftists yelling for representation, the groups that they champion are ones that they percieve to be fundamentally worthless, because it will instill loyalty.

No, the system is designed to help girls all the way so there is no draw back.

"You know, you're pretty good at math unlike all the other women."

I remember when I was forced at Temple University to lean that "You speak good English for an international student" was an unacceptable microaggression. Now schools in the West will say the exact same thing, but it's OK because they're giving out bonus points? Madness.

Brings to mind the BBC's coverage of a comparable debacle in England - in every story not a single male student to be seen as if Further Education is principally a female occupation.
