This is one thing I noticed while growing up in a "diverse" area. Not only do blacks use "racism" (usually completely fabricated) as a pretext for violence, but any authority figure, who isn't an actual cop, will support that justification.
If you literally cannot stop yourself from reacting to aural stimuli within standard human comfort decibels and octaves with violence... You belong in a psych ward. If a million people can't, then we need to build a lot more psych wards. Going "AAAAH! WORDS! I HEAR WORDS!!!" and attemping to be killing anything in the immediate area seems like a clear-cut case of insanity.
If that means we need to inter vast swaths of the population, well, at least there'll be a Kaynesian economics project building the containment buildings.
