If Literally Hitler ran on a platform of ending the street violence in the major cities, I'd be strongly tempted to vote for him.
..Which is how people like Hitler ascend to power: because if all the "reasonable" candidates fail to address a problem, then the only option to fix it you have left is to vote for the "unreasonable" ones.
